A regular grind, this 6mm Plate is great for coarse sausages such as Summer, Salami, Pepperoni and Snack Sticks. Each plate is 3-7/8in diameter and has 6mm (1/4in) plate holes. Change grinder knife and plate at same time for optimum performance.
