A waterproof and breathable NanoPro MemBrain outer layer is seam taped for extra protection. Thermal R insulation wicks away sweat and provides lightweight warmth, while a double storm flap over the zipper with a snap and VELCRO closure locks in that warmth and keeps chilly winds out.

Runs true to size; I’d say the Large is a size 12 in cross comparison sizing. Shell material is water proof like a rain coat texture; lightly insulated but warm and not bulky.
