Its a neat concept - might feel a little flimsy to some but I don't have worries about it tearing and while I haven't carried it through a pouring rain yet, I wouldn't hesitate to use it at the gym pool, beach, outdoor events on the lawn, or elsewhere. The bag is 3 liters, exactly like the pictures and description show. It has sealed seams and is made of waterproof material so it makes for a great travel or every day accessory. I like
to throw my wet bathing suit in it then toss it in my backpack. That way all my books and dry clothes stay dry! Highly recommended for others.
