Cleaner Doesn't Work On My Boot Stain

I have a Vintage Shoe Company Boot, which is Suede w/fabric and expensive. The boots are rugged, but I would never wear them for sports. I have a big stain on the suede part and have no idea what it is. I decided to try this product and I scrubbed it with the cleaner and it did not even diminish the stain a little bit.
