I plan to use these while snoeshoeing or cross-country skiing. When I stop to rest the full length zippers will make it easy to add that extra insulation to hold in the heat built up during exercise.

Great for snowshoeing!

I plan to use this product during breaks while snowshoeing or cross country skiing. While these activities generally produce an abundance of body heat, one cools off quickly when taking a break. Deep snow requires the ability to put on extra leg insulation w/o removing ski's or snowshoes. The full side zips allow that. I normally wear large but bought XL to allow for layering. ...
