The Montane Women's Nitro Jacket gives highly effective warmth for an incredibly lightweight piece of insulation. Weighing under 350g and filled with a high quality goose down contained within a midi baffle stitch through construction ensures a close body fit that is ideal for wearing in cold weather whilst on the move. The Nitro is designed to be worn either as an outer layer or within a layering system in hostile conditions where warmth and weight are critical.

• Low bulk and profile elasticated cuffs which can be pulled up forearms to aid cooling

• Includes FREEFLOW Titanium MONTANE stuff sac perfect for storage on the move
• As with all MONTANE clothing, FREEFLOW fabric contains a Durable Water Repellency (DWR) as the first barrier to keeping you dry. Clean your garment in order to maintain this.
• MONTANE recommends a professional cleaning service if in any doubt.
• Down clothing ideally needs to be handwashed. Care must be taken to dry the product correctly.
• Wash in a mild soap in warm water 40C/110F. MONTANE recommends Nikwax Down Wash.
• DO NOT use fabric softeners, bleach or liquid detergent.
• Rinse the product thoroughly after washing to remove any soap traces.
• You must dry the product carefully in a tumble drier on a cool setting. You may need to stop the tumble drier at regular intervals to loft the down by hand
• It will take some time to dry a down product thoroughly, even if the outer fabric is dry the down may not be.
