I live in SoCal and wanted a pair of pants that would definitely breathe when I hike/backpack.
I thought I had finally found it but I realized upon first trying them that there is a belt lining and thigh lining which is supposed to decrease friction. Feels nice but definitely helps retain heat inside, which is not what I wanted. Returned it.
