Way to Tight A fit

Bought a 32oz BPA free Wide Mouth Nalgene Bottle and the 32oz padded carrier to use with it. Carrier is well constructed but is made too small. Takes a lot of effort to get bottle into carrier and no easy way to slip bottle out of carrier without removing carrier from pack and then forcing bottle out.
