Norrona Trollveggen Gore-Tex Pro Rescue Pants - Men's , Includes New Product

Their most durable waterproof pants for mountaineering specially developed for rescue groups.

Developed in collaboration with NARG (The Norwegian alpine rescue team), these shell pants (946g M/L) are made for the most extreme cases of mountaineering and have all required features, durability and protection needed for their operations. It will also work great for all working in the mountains.

Made in a premium GORE-TEX fabric. They use it because its the world-leading quality for durable waterproofness (28,000mm), optimized breathability (RET Less than 9), and total windproofness.

The main fabric is a 3-layer GORE-TEX PRO 2.0 most rugged (RET 9) 80D 100% recycled nylon with a recycled microgrid solution dyed backer (144 g/m2).The pants have been reinforced on the seat, knees, thighs and instep with a 3-layer GORE-TEX PROfabric with a textured 200D, nylon face with a solution dyed backer (234g/m2). These products are made with specific colors and the strongest color fastness (grade 6).

Key features include: Suspender compatible, compatible with their ski/snowboard bib, custom waist system, external loop on the waist to fasten your radio, two thigh pockets with an inside mesh phone pocket. Thigh ventilation that doesnt conflict with the harness, lower leg Velcro adjustments for crampon use, knee pad pockets, and reinforced at the seat, thighs, and lower leg to protect from crampons and ski edges, reflective logos and zip off inside snow gaiters.

These pants have a regular fit and are articulated on the knees and seat.

They have been collaborating with NARG since they tested and used their trollveggen Gore-Tex Pro Jacket and Bib in 2010.
