Ortovox Medola Pants - Women's

We have improved our Merino Naturetec Line down to the finest detail for the new ski touring season! The material used in our Medola Pants for women is now even more Stable yet provides the same freedom of movement.

Of course, the Functional design of the fabric remains exactly the same: The finest Merino fibers on the inside are interwoven with a protective polyamide shell. Thus we achieve outstanding breathability without a Membrane, while the materials tight weave is still extremely wind and water-resistant. On the inside, Merino fibers provide perfect moisture and temperature regulation. The natural fibers wick up moisture, transporting them to the fiber cores and then outwards so that the surface stays dry and Comfortable on the Skin.

Features such as the adjuStable waistband and elastic ankle cuffs, which are very quick to adjust, guarantee that these ski touring Pants for women fit perfectly. Reworked Merino mesh inserts in the waistband provide extra Comfort. Whats more, our Medola Pants for women have a sLightly higher waist to protect your back from the snow and the cold. Integrated gaiters, which are coated with silicone on the inside of the ankle cuffs, also protect against snow. The thigh pocket has more than enough room for your avalanche transceiver, and the integrated Light carabiner will prevent it getting lost. Other small items that are required quickly can be stowed away in one of the hip pockets. And in case it gets a bit more challenging: the side zippers will cool you down on sweat-inducing ascents!

Our Medola Pants for women are available in different lengths: Short (-5cm), Regular and Long (+5cm).

If desired, Ortovox Suspenders can be attached to these ski touring Pants: They are LightWeight and Comfortable, and can be very easily attached.

Material

Merino wool

Since 1995, Merino wool has been an integral Component of Ortovoxs mountainwear. Our Merino wool comes from happy Sheep reared on monitored, ethical Sheep farms. The wool is naturally 100% ecological and therefore super sustainable. Thanks to the small-diameter fibers in its fine woolen threads, Merino wool feels extremely soft and Comfortable on the Skin. In addition to Comfort, Merino wool also provides an ideal personal body climate by regulating both moisture and temperature. It is also easy to care for and, thanks to its antibacterial effect, odor neutralizing.

Merino Naturetec Material

The Merino wool is directly woven together with the material from schoeller to create the Ortovox Naturetec fabric. This combination of Merino wool and durable polyamide is extremely robust and elastic making it ideal for high-action sports. The Merino wool on the Skin ensures good wear Comfort and an ideal personal microclimate, while the polyamide provides Protection against wind and Light precipitation.
