These pants are true to size and fit really good. I am 5-11 200lbs and the large short fit perfect. My normal go to pant for winter hikes/snowshoeing are the REI Activator pants. The main benefits these have over those pants are, they are warmer, have a scuff guard to protect the pants from spikes, and ankle zips. Was definitely worth the extra money to buy these.
