The warm, touch-screen-compatible PL 400 Sensor Mitts from Outdoor Research are made with a smooth 300-weight fleece outer and a 100-weight fleece liner. A Sensor palm-tip allows the use of touchscreen devices without the need to expose your hands to the elements. Wear this insulating, heavy-duty liner with a waterproof shell or alone during a cool-weather hike.

Outdoor Research knows how to make handwear. I have other pairs of their Sensor seriers gloves and love them.
