These pants are wonderful. I am 5'2", 115 lbs and the size 4 is a great fit. They are slightly long but it gives me extra room to snug them down around mountaineering boots. There is plenty of room to move in these. They will be perfect for hiking as well as more technical sports like ice climbing.
I've been looking for a good pant for snowshoeing. I have snow board pants and they are wayyyyy too HOT! These are just right, lightweight, can be layered with a base layer and a great fit.
