The Patagonia Boys' Better Sweater Jacket handles the wild and grubby just as well as the domestic and presentable. Its robust 100% polyester, constructed with a soft brushed-fleece interior, features a handsome sweater-knit face for going public. For extra warmth, an internal wind flap backs the full-zip entry, and jersey polyester lines the stand-up collar (and also reinforces the cuffs and hem). Zippered handwarmer pockets and a hand-me-down ID label.

I bought Better Sweater jackets for my boys and they absolutely adore them. They're warm without being too heavy and look just adorable. The fit seems inconsistent between colors, however. This is a great little jacket for fall or to wear with layers in the winter. I only wish I would have ordered up a size to make it more comfortable to wear with layers underneath. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
