Keep your boys warm and hibernation-free with Patagonia's lightweight Down Sweater Jacket, insulated with high-loft 600-fill-power European goose down to maintain core warmth deep into the cold season. The superlight all-recycled polyester shell is windproof, durable and treated with a Deluge DWR (durable water repellent) finish for water-resistance. Thin enough to wear under a shell, with a full-zip front that extends up to the collar and an internal drawcord at the hem to seal in warmth. Two zippered handwarmer pockets with reflective pulls and a hand-me-down ID label inside.

My son loves this jacket. It is the second one we've bought for him, he out grew the first one. We live in San Francisco, so this jacket is well used all year round. It does not feel heavy or bulky so he enjoys wearing it to preschool and playing outdoors all day long.

My 9yo loves this coat! He is a skinny guy and is average height. The other Ms in other brands were way too big. This fit just right. He never takes it off! Only one problem. Without a hood and the low collar in the back his neck is really exposed! A hat is a must have on cold days.
