I am 5'4" and 130# and chose a size small. I tried on a xs in a store but preferred the option of possible layers under the small. This vest is perfect for fall, winter and spring! It’s very light and can be worn on its own but also layers nicely under a winter jacket. This is a beautiful color with the green and pink complimentary details. I live in this vest over button up shirts. I’ve had a few others over the year and they hold up very well and are very easy to clean.
