I bought this for around town/weekend use, as well as an insulation layer for skiing. It has been perfect. I initially bought the Patagonia Down Sweater, but needed a little extra warmth and this is exactly what I wanted. I bought the white/eggshell color, and you can almost see the down. I have seen some reviews that did not like this, but I actually do (just personal preferen...

I love the color and the interior color matches really well. I don't plan on doing anything really heavy duty with it but will wear it to keep warm when I walk around campus in Fairbanks AK where it can get down to -60 F.

Pros: This is the nicest looking down jacket I've tried, in terms of fit, it manages to look trim despite the extra loft. I absolutely love this jacket! I had wanted the regular down sweater from patagonia, but I have a tendency to get cold, so wasn't sure if it would be warm enough for our cold winters. I saw this hi-loft version and with CampSaver's awesome price I had to have it. It fits great, very lightweight and I haven't been cold yet! As always Patagonia makes quality gear you can't beat.

I got exactly the coat that I've been wanting since last summer (6 months ago) but thought I couldn't afford. CampSaver offered it at a great price and I received it within a few days of ordering it. I couldn't be more satisfied.
