Robust, no-nonsense protection for cold, soaking wet conditions. The Patagonia Insulated Torrentshell Jacket is an H2No Performance Standard 2-layer nylon waterproof/breathable hard shell insulated with 60-g PrimaLoft ECO.

H2No Performance Standard 2-layer nylon ripstop shell with a waterproof/breathable barrier and a Deluge DWR finish
60-g PrimaLoft Eco insulation provides excellent warmth and compressibility in a lightweight package

Helmet-compatible, fully-adjustable hood with laminated visor for visibility in bad conditions
Watertight, coated zippers at center-front and on all exterior pockets

Perfect jacket for San Francisco. Great for riding around on your bike or walking around on wet days. Waterproofing is fantastic. Highly recommended if you want a waterproof shell with some warmth.

This jacket is typical Patagonia excellence in design and construction. Everything is high quality and it is comfortable to wear. I will wear it in early Spring and early Autumn for a little extra warmth. It is not warm enough to wear in cold to very cold weather without base layers.
