The jacket was a Valentine's Day gift for my girlfriend. The look at fit of the is great. She has not had a chance to try it out yet. Purchased it for a trip to Ireland to keep the damp cold at bay.

This parka is sized for junior and/or fit model bodies. This is not for the average woman's body. The fit is very slim in the torso, wide in the shoulders, long in the sleeves. I sent this one back. I usually wear a misses size 8-10 and ordered the large. The quality of the materials for the parka is very good.

I love my jacket. I've worn it all three ways in a month, because Michigan in February is unpredictable.
My husband and I were disappointed that there is no Patagonia embroidered on the chest. We like to publicize good companies and wish this appeared on the chest.

I love it except I'm not sure how warm the thin down coat will be in cold weather of freezing temp. It looks very versatile - outer coat can be used as more business casual as well as sporty. Will see when I wear it in colder and wet climate though it will be a while since I live in San Diego.
