The battery pack can be clipped to the headstrap, or worn on a belt or kept in a backpack thanks to the extended power cable. The Princeton Tec APEX Rechargeable Headlamp can be charged off of any USB-compatible device. This powerful head-mounted flashlight includes a single regulated Maxbright LED and 4 white Regulated Ultrabright LEDs, giving you a choice between floodlighting and a spotlight beam. Two big buttons make switching between modes easy. The Princeton Tec APEX Headlamp is built with regulated LEDs that have a sophisticated regulating circuit to maintain initial brightness as long as the batteries have sufficient voltage, rather than dropping off gradually over time.
