How much warmer is this to the atom lt? Is it suitable for running in cold temperatures or too much?

It has 20 more grams of insulation than the Atom Lt, so a little warmer with80 grams of insulation. As far as running it is a preference I suppose it would work but i personally think it would be too much unless it was really cold.
