I tried on the Fugitive and the TPS 535, which fits closers to the Jumla? I had nearly a half size difference between the two.

I think you got it wrong, based on the chart you sent me the 8 1/2 Men's is 42 Euro. I think you looked at the Women's chart. For women's it is 40 2/3 Euro, 8 1/2 US. http://www.asolo-usa.com/footwear-size-chart. I'm a guy, so I would get this for myself.
