Does this unit come with anything except the solar panel?

What voltage, wattage, etc. does this unit produce? What types of devices will it charge/drive? It's incredible that the product description doesn't have this info, especially for such an expensive item.

The max output of the Solard 26 is: 26 Watts / 12V. Its not specified to what types of devices it can charge/drive. It does come with multiple adaptors, Brunton told me that you can basically charge anything with it.
