This is just the sidewall for the gazebo, not the gazebo itself.

Does it come in left and right side of the gazebo?

It is for only one side of the gazebo. Two side walls would be required to fully enclose the gazebo.

What is the size,and does it have a floor?

The gazebo is 13′ x 11′ x 8′. The gazebo does not have a floor attached to it.
