Can you put warm soup in the backpack as well because at my job it’s cold i was wondering if could put hot coco or soup in it ?

Can this be worn with a backpack?

Yes, the Hydrobak can be worn as a backpack. However there isn't any separate cargo area in the HydroBak: it is a hydration-only product. So you can't keep your shoes, socks or shed layers in it. Thank you for asking!
