If a pack is discounted because it says “dealer DMO” Does that mean there’s any damage? Is anything missing from it?

It just means that I was the product that the dealer (seller or store) used to demonstrate/show the product (DMO). The product may not come in its original packaging but there isn’t anything wrong with it!!
