Does this zip up around the hammock, like a traditional sleeping bag. Or do you need a blanket inside of it. And this is just an under quilt.

This is just the underquilt. You would still need a blanket or sleeping bag.

I already own a Hennessy Expedition hammock, will this under quilt fit this hammock? What is the temperature rating of this under quilt?

It will not completely cover your hammock, it is about 1 foot short both width and length. This quilt is 48 x 80 in, your hammock is 63" X 99". This quilt is rated to 30-40 degrees Fahrenheit.
