What would a rough estimate for the charge time of the 2000mAh battery be if the turbine was constantly revolved?

I don't know how long it would take to charge a 2000mAh battery, but I do know that on a conventional cell phone battery of 1500mAh, 4 minutes of cranking equals 1 minute of talk time. So it would probably take quite a while to fully charge a larger battery.

Will this charge a GoPro camera? If so, what is required for a full charge?

The Eton Boost Turbine2000 is rated at a 5 Volt USB output. I'm not sure what GoPro you have, but most are rated at 3.7 V, so it should have no problem recharging it.
