Exped does not currently offer a Mat cover for their Megamat. If you happen to use 2 of them side by side, a queen size fitted sheet will fit over both of them. Another option is the Therm A Rest Universal sheet and Judging by the dimensions of the XL size, it should fit. But since it isn't the same brand, I couldn't make any promises. The product comes with a storage bag but there are no covers for it.
