Good Question! So the sizing goes as follows:


SML: EU sizes 30 - 37 (US M size 5 and under)
MED: EU sizes 37 - 42 (US M 5 - 9)
LRG: EU sizes 42-47 (US M 9 - 13)


So I would probably go with a a Medium.
