would size large be appropriate a for a 35 pack?

Great Question! Size Small fits up to 25 liters, Medium fits 25 l to 35 liters, Large 35 l up to 45 liters and Size XL fits all packs from 50 l to 75 l volume.

what size would be needed for the Exped lightening women's 60L pack

You would most likely want a Large unless you plan on overstuffing your pack and attaching things to the outside. Small <25L, Medium <40L, Large <60L, XLarge <80L. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I am curious if you anticipate the medium or large Exped Pack Rain Cover will ever or eventually be available in Lime? I love the lime color but definitely need more than a small for my pack. Thanks in advance for your time! Val
