The Sole patch kits all come in the same amount of thickness, the difference is the length.
The kits come with two pieces of C4 rubber that look like the sole of your shoe, and come in four varieties: Deluxe XL, Deluxe Regular, Regular and Half.
The difference between Deluxe and non deluxe is that the deluxe also includes a rand patch. The XL kit will fit sizes 1-14. The regular kit will fit sizes 1-11. The half kit contains enough Stealth® C-4 rubber for the ball of your foot and looks like the sole of your shoe with the heel cut off.
As far as shipping. You are probably looking at about $30 for the first pound and about $5 for each additional, shipping USPS.
