Does this pack have women specific shoulder straps or are they the same shoulder straps as on the men's pack?

The Regular comes with a Women's Large belt and the Short comes with a Women's Medium belt. To fit an Man, the belts would be Medium and Small, respectively.

can you help me to figure out this question below: if this backpack women S SIZE short edition is equipped with s size belt(26"-30") since, men S SIZE short edition is equipped with M size belt I wannna buy women S size short edition with S size belt(26"-30") thanks!
