I am 6'-0" tall and have a slim build(180lbs. I am right in the middle of the med/large sizing chart. Which would you recommend?

I would recommend going with the large as it is better to have a framed pack a bit long than having it a bit too short. If this doesn't work for you we can definitely help you get the right size.
