What are the fully inflated dimensions? Total outside length and width?

You just need to add 5 inches to the inside dimensions and you'll get the outside dimensions (each wall is 2.5 inches thick). Also, if you check out the pictures we have a diagram with both the inside and outside dimensions (in mm). Just divide these numbers by 25.4 and you'll get the dimensions in inches. For convenience the max length is 238 inches and the max width is about 81 inches.
