Will this version work with the Helinox Cot Leg Conversion Kit?

Your add indicates free shipping on any purchase over $50.00 and/or free shipping to Australia. When I progress through the purchasing stage i cannot proceed unless i enter shipping method and it charges me $54.00.

According to the shipping info it says free over $49 to Contigious US 48 states and US military bases.
