Can this bottle handle boiling water being poured into it and going through the filter. ie. melted snow etc? — 1 Answer

Katadyn suggest that you do not use boiling water with any of their filters. If you do, you risk harming your filter. I would suggest melting the snow and letting it cool down completely before you put it in the bottle.
