Yes. With a length of 22 inches, this will work as a carry on.

Montbell is a Japanese company, and their sizing seems to correspond. They fit a bit on the small size. You would likely wear a medium, pushing on large.

The Flyaway Pack meets FAA restrictions for carry-on baggage, but each airline is free to set their own size limits. So you should check with the specific airline you plan on flying.
