How is the size determined when ordering back?

It is based upon torso length: (Small) Torso: 14.5 - 18.5 in / 37 - 47 cm; (Medium) Torso: 17.5 - 21 in / 44 - 53 cm

How many days could this pack go for.

If you pack right you could make it last 2-3 days. If you go ultra compact/minimal you could probably make it stretch for a week.
