Is the interior height really 72"? The video I saw had a couple of men in it who were quite a bit taller than the tent and had to stoop over to get in.

Yes. The video shows the Trail Ridge 4 tent which is the smaller cousin of Trail Ridge 6 tent.

does this tent come with the gear loft shown in the video? or any gear loft?

By default, the tent comes with gear loft loops. Installation of the gear loft would have to be done manually just as one would with rest of the tent.

The Kelty Ridge 6 Tent is 72 inches tall with a floor area of 80 square feet.

Yes, this is the correct height. According to the Kelty website and their specs, the information is correct. The door may be a bit shorter than the top of the tent. Often that is the way tents are built so the door zips shut easier and doesn't run along a pole where stress can build up. They probably did have to duck in, but once inside my best guess is that it opens up.

Does this tent include the footprint? It says it does, but I had one delivered without it. I think this listing is for the new version which includes the footprint, but what actually ships is the old version that does not.
