Unfortunately, our sale prices only apply to in stock items. We can get a size 13 in for you, but our policy for special orders is to charge the full price (because we are charged more than our normal cost for them as well). We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but please call us if you're interested in placing a special order.
