I've tried wide Vasque Keen, and others, but find Lowa wide sizes is wider in the toes (I've got narrow heel and wide forefoot & toes), so fits me better, at least with the Renegade and Tibet. Also, keep in mind if you are going to use Lowa's (typical) thin insole or more of a real orthotic insole like Superfeet, SOLE, etc. These will take up more room. So, I take a 10 wide with SOLE insoles. Without the insoles the Renegades would be a bit loose and the Tibets very loose (since they're apparently sized for thicker socks). As a genuine old dude now who had to have a dislocated little toe rebuilt (it was sticking way out) and tried a lot of shoe/insole combinations, I hope this helps other people with wide feet.
Great question. These are injected sole shoes, so that means they will have a 1/2 size smaller fit. Size 1/2 size up! Let us know if you have any additional questions.
Yes,They most definitely run small.
a men's 7.5 is equivalent to a women's size 8.
