Is this in original packaging? There is no fur hood for this coat. Is the picture wrong? Can this item be returned through Amazon if it doesn’t fit?

It should have the fur ruff, if it does not, you can return it as long as it is in new condition. If you purchased through Amazon, you will need to set up the return through Amazon. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
