The 2014 model looks like it has less flow through ventilation due to a change in the inner mesh configuration. In particular, the end with less mesh has a mostly material door. Would this make it stuffier in hot weather? — 2 Answers

I would say there is the same amount of ventilation, or maybe more due to updates. I don't think that it would be "stuffier"

If you have a heavy tarp over the tent it will fill stuffy; the material for the door shouldn't make it feel stuffy.
