Great question! The long bag will come out to 6’4” bag and will be the most comfortable length for you.

Marmot sleeping bag sizing is recommended as follows:

Short: 5'6" or under
Regular: 6' or under
Long: 6'6" or under

The Marmot Lithium 0 degree is 2.8 oz, while the Marmot Helium 15 degree is 2.1 oz.

Is this the older model of Lithium exactly as pictured (black inside, regular hood) or is this the more recent model with the rust colored inside?

Does this bag have a pad sleeve on the bottom or some type of strap system to keep the sleeping pad in place?

Unfortunately it doesn't. A lot of Cascade Design sleeping systems do though. Also, try Big Agnes.
