Yes, same jacket they do not make a women's Mica Jacket. They might have just changed zipper sides from previous years.

The zipper is on the left side of the jacket, the side traditionally associated with women's clothing. Marmot specifically designed their zipper to be waterproof and utilitarian; there is no further reason behind the zipper placement.
