Does this use gore-tex paclite or active? It says active but only 2 layer, most active are 3 layer, where paclite is only 2 layer? Other sites with this jacket state gore-tex active 3 layer, seems the old version came in paclite 2 layer. If you could let me know that'd be appreciated.

This jacket is now made with Gore-Tex Active. You are correct, Active is a 3 layer waterproofing.
