What is the length of the inseam on the regular and short inseams? Also, when will more sizes be available. I need a medium.

For Marmot Women's Precip pants the inseam lengths are:
Long = 33 inches / 83.8 cm
Regular = 31 inches / 78.7 cm
Short = 29 inches / 73.7 cm

May I know the inseam of Large, short of Marmot Precip Pant and the waist and hip? I am 154 cm and 123 pounds. I want dress another pant underneath

The inseam is 32in. The pants fit 24.5-25.5 waist and the 35-36 hip.

Extra small is equal to 38 or 40? My jean size is 38-40 ( US 6!) which size do you think I should pick ?

You are right in between a small and a medium. I would go with the small unless you wanted to layer clothing under the pants.
