I would choose the nanowick jacket for more humid conditions, they are both very similiar in weight and specs, but I feel like the Nanowick would be a better choice. Thanks
For the situation you describe, you really can't go wrong with either the Nanowick or the Marmot jackets. The Nanowick is wind resistant, water repellent, and breathable, with zonal placed interior DriClime mesh wicking lining and ultra light construction. The Nanowick also has 360 reflectivity. The Marmot is wind resistant, water repellent and highly breathable with an ultra light construction. Either jacket will offer you protection from the showers while giving you the lightest weight and breathability possible; the Marmot seems to be slightly more breathable. Bon voyage!
