The Marmot Ultimate Ski Glove looks like a typical ski guide glove it it made with Gore Tex and Primaloft insulation. Made with cowhide leather.

The Marmot Randonee Glove is used by both skiers and other outdoor enthusiasts it is usually used because it has better finger dexterity. It has Thermal R Insulation and made with digital sheep leather.

Both great gloves it just depends on your preference of insulation and look.
